New Parent Orientation Meeting -Sunday August 24th 2 pm   
The Westwood Lacrosse Board invites the parents of incoming Freshman and parents of other new players to join us for a meeting to learn about Westwood Lacrosse. The Orientation Meeting for new parents is schedulded for Sunday, August 24th starting at 7:00 pm at the Main Event located at 123456 Researh Blvd.    

           
During the Orientation Meeting, parents will receive information about our club including team formats, practice schedule, player dues, volunteer programs, fundraising activites, dues reduction programs, and other club information. The Orientation meeting is geared to the parents of new Westwood Lacrosse players. We anticpate the meeting will last from 7:00 to 8:00 or 8:30 pm depending on the number of questions we receive.

Parent Priorities

The Annual team meeting for Westwood Lacrosse parents and players is scheduled for Tuesday, September 9, 2008 starting at 7 pm in the Westwood cafeteria.  The meeting will cover detailed information about our upcoming season including practice schedule, player dues, volunteer needs, and other details.  As a reminder, parents are encouraged to pick up a player packet which will be available from selected Board members after September 1.  The player packet includes all the required forms that players/parents should complete and bring to the Team meeting.  Please refer to the recent email you should have received with information about player packet availability or email mholmstrom@austin.rr.com for directions to pick up your packet.
