Westwood Lacrosse Invites you to register  - September 2008

We hope your son will be participating this year in our Westwood Lacrosse program. We are looking forward to another enjoyable season of lacrosse and anticipate our Club will have a record number of players. This announcement contains important information about our Westwood Lacrosse Parent's Club including registration procedures and upcoming meetings. If your son plans to participate, you must complete the on-line registration and submit all required forms for your son to start practice with the team.

Registration Process-
Our registration process this year includes two steps. First, you must complete and submit the on-line registration form. In addition to completing the on-line registration, you must submit all the required forms included in our player packet. These forms should be submitted at our initial team meeting on Tuesday, September 9, at 7 p.m. at Westwood High School Cafeteria. Player packets are available as outlined below.

Player Packets - Available Starting September 1st.
We encourage all returning players and new players to pick up a player packet prior to our September 9th meeting. Although player packets will be available at our first Team Meeting, we hope you will consider picking up your packet in advance so you can submit your completed forms when you come to the team meeting. The Team's information packets will be on the front door steps of the Board members listed below starting September 1st.

RRISD Physical (This is a 5 page document which includes the UIL Parent and Student Agreement regarding Steroid Use.  If your son is a two sport athlete, a copy of his physical should be requested from Doc Bauer at Westwood.)
