Our normal practice scheudule is listed below on this page. Changes to our normal practice schedule will be: 

• Announced to our players at practice.
• Posted to our blog each Sunday for the following week. 
• Updated on our Fall Schedule listed under our Schedule tab above

Please check our Fall Schedule and blog weekly for adjustement to our "normal" published practice schedule.
Last minutes practice cancellations (weather or other) will be :

• Sent via text message to parents and players who completed the OPT IN process.
• Posted on our announcments section (Blog) of our website
• Updated on our Fall Scheudle 

Westwood Lacrosse Practice New Player Practice Week
Practice for all incoming Freshman and new players will start the week of September 15.
All practices will be at Canyon Vista unless otherwise announced in our blog.
Listed below is the days/times for practice for NEW Player WEEK:

- Tuesday, September 16 - 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm
- Wednesday, Septebmer 17 - 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm
- Thursday, September 18 - 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm
- Friday, September 19 - 5:15 to 7:00 pm
- Satruday, September 20 - 9am to 12 noon

Westwood Lacrosse Fall Practice Schedule -All Players

Fall practice for all players will start on Wednesday, September 24, 2008
Our "normal" fall practice schedule will be each Wednesday (5:15 to 7:00) and Saturday (9:00 to 11:30)

Please check our Fall Schedule and blog weekly for adjustement to our "normal" published practice schedule.
Last minutes practice cancellations (weather or other) will be sent via text message to parents and players who have submitted their cell phone number into our group text messsage sysstem.
