Westwood Lacrosse Practice Overview 2009-2010 Season
Our normal practice scheudule is listed below on this page. Changes to our normal practice schedule will be: 

• Announced to our players at practice.
• Posted to our blog each Sunday for the following week. 
• Updated on our Fall Schedule listed under our Schedule tab above

Please check our Fall Schedule and blog weekly for adjustement to our "normal" published practice schedule.
Last minutes practice cancellations (weather or other) will be :

• Sent via text message to parents and players who completed the OPT IN process.
• Posted on our announcments section (Blog) of our website
• Updated on our Fall Schedule 

Westwood Lacrosse Practice New Player Practice Week
Practice for all incoming Freshman and new players will start September 22nd.
All practices will be at Canyon Vista unless otherwise announced in our blog.
Listed below is the days/times for practice for NEW Player WEEK:

- Tuesday, September 22 - 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm
- Wednesday, Septebmer 23 - 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm
- Thursday, September 24 - 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm
 

Westwood Lacrosse Fall Practice Schedule - All Players

Fall practice for all players will start on Saturday, October 3, 2009.

Practice Attendance and Uniform

Practice Attendance Expectations
Parents of players who will miss any practice must inform the coaching staff or the player's absence will be counted as unexcused; do not assume the coaching staff knows that your son will be absent due to other commitments (other sports, band performances, tests, school activities, etc.).

Accepted Practice Uniform
SHORTS:  black or black/white Westwood Lacrosse shorts
SHIRTS:   black, white, black/white Westwood Lacrosse shirt or last year's orange shooting shirt (only last year's shirt)
SWEATS: grey
All plain, without logos, characters, campaigns, etc., other than Under Armour or the Nike swoosh, for example.
