Welcome to 2019-2020 Westwood Boys Lacrosse Registration.  To complete this you will need your RRISD student # and an active US Lacrosse #. 

US LACROSSE INFORMATION

A current US Lacrosse membership is required to proceed with this registration. US Lacrosse memberships must be renewed annually.

PLEASE NOTE: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Zip Code must match what US Lacrosse has on file for the US Lacrosse Member Number entered below.

There will be no charge at the time of registration, and all dues will be collected at our fall meeting via check.
