Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Warrior Lacrosse Program

To be eligible for a refund, parents must notify the Head Coach and submit a written request via email to the club President at president@westwoodlax.org. Players who withdraw for any reason by midnight November 30th will have their remaining dues payments after this date canceled. Players who withdraw for any reason by midnight December 31st will have their remaining dues payments canceled. The uniform deposit will be refunded once the uniform is returned and the volunteer deposit voided. On January 1st or after, there will be no dues canceled and waiving the volunteer deposit will be considered by the board on a case by case basis. The uniform deposit will be refunded once the uniform is returned. For payments made in full up front, the refunds will be calculated based on the same dates and refund amounts that apply to the payment plan.
